Feel like yourself again. Stronger core. Stronger floor.
For mums 6+ months postpartum who've tried Kegels and physio — and still won't jump on the trampoline with the kids.
This program is designed for mums who are ready to stop accepting it.
- ✓You're 6+ months postpartum and not currently pregnant.
- ✓You've finished breastfeeding, or will have before your first session.
- ✓You've been cleared by your GP for exercise.
- ✓You've done the Kegels, you've seen a pelvic floor physio, and you want a next step.
Every client is screened at the free consultation. Pregnancy and active breastfeeding are contraindications for this device.
You've done the Kegels. You've seen the physio. You still won't jump on the trampoline with your kids.
You leak — a sneeze, a cough, the trampoline with your kids. Ten years on, it still happens.
You've done the Kegels — the app, the book, months at traffic lights. Research says up to 70% of women do them incorrectly without imaging feedback.
Your pelvic floor physio taught you what to do. What she couldn't do was put your muscle under the load it needs to actually rebuild.
Your body didn't "bounce back". You're still wearing pads in the gym bag — and calling it the price of having kids.
"What if 25 minutes, twice a week, could rebuild what years of Kegels couldn't?"
Three technologies. One session. Pelvic floor and core rebuilt together.
WonderAxon is a clinical electromagnetic muscle stimulation device. It triggers 36,000+ deep pelvic floor and core contractions in a 25-minute session — a volume you physically cannot match on your own. Paired with radiofrequency for tissue repair and electromuscular activation for superficial tone, the three technologies work together while you sit on the chair, fully clothed.
Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation
Triggers 36,000+ deep muscle contractions in the pelvic floor and core per session — density and load you cannot voluntarily recruit. Fully clothed. You sit down.
Radiofrequency
Heats deeper tissue layers to support collagen production and abdominal skin tone — useful for the "still soft" stomach that didn't come back.
Electromuscular Activation
Surface-level activation that complements the deep EMS — supporting the muscles you use every day when you stand up, sneeze, or lift a toddler.
Physio taught you the movement. WonderAxon delivers the reps.
| DIY Kegels | Pelvic Floor Physio | WonderAxon EMS | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contractions per session | ~100 (voluntary) | ~200 (guided) | 36,000+ |
| Feedback on technique | None — 70% do them wrong | Clinical assessment | Device-driven, no guesswork |
| Time commitment per week | 15 min × 7 days | 60 min × 1 session | 25 min × 2 sessions |
| Typical program length | Indefinite | 8–12 weeks | 12 weeks |
| Works with your existing physio | — | — | Yes — complementary |
| Program cost | Free | $1,200–$2,400 | $2,399 (24 sessions) |
If you're currently seeing a pelvic floor physio, keep going. WonderAxon layers on top — it's the load they can't give you in a 60-minute session.
The only published EMS pilot for pelvic floor incontinence.
Caballero Perez and colleagues (2019) recruited nine women with stress urinary incontinence for an EMS-chair pilot study. Participants completed twice-weekly sessions over six weeks. Symptoms were measured using the ICIQ-SF (a validated incontinence severity questionnaire) and clinical pad tests.
By session six, four of the nine participants reported complete symptom resolution. The remaining five reported a ≥50% drop in ICIQ-SF score.
Sample size caveat: This is a pilot study with n=9. It is the only published EMS pelvic floor trial to date. We are not claiming universal outcomes — we are citing the most rigorous evidence currently available for this modality, and disclosing its limits.
Caballero Perez P., et al. (2019). Electromagnetic chair stimulation for stress urinary incontinence: a pilot study. KMG Human Technology Research, Madrid.
Average ICIQ-SF score across the nine participants, sessions 0–6. Lower is better. Score range: 0 (no symptoms) to 21 (severe).
What the program actually looks like, week by week.
Activation
Your first eight sessions. We locate and wake up pelvic floor and deep core fibres that haven't fired in years. Most clients feel the muscle actually working for the first time.
- Styku 3D body scan (week 1)
- First eight 25-minute sessions
- Pelvic floor contraction awareness
Strength
Sessions ramp in intensity as your neuromuscular response improves. You start noticing what used to trigger a leak — now doesn't. Jeans fit differently.
- Sessions 9–16
- Midpoint Styku re-scan
- Noticeable changes in bladder control
Function
Final eight sessions. We stress-test — real life. The trampoline. The sneezing fit. The run. Program wraps with a final body scan and a maintenance plan.
- Sessions 17–24
- Final Styku scan
- Maintenance plan + 2× bonus sessions
Real mums. Real schedules. Real words.
